چکیده
Abstract Background The aim of controlled ovarian stimulation is to achieve an optimal number mature oocytes obtain good-quality embryos. High follicular fluid (FF) concentrations FSH, hCG, and LH promote oocyte maturation are associated with a higher probability fertilization. in FF consistently follicles that will lead successful IVF outcome. levels some these biomarkers may vary among different schemes; however, the effects corifollitropin alfa, recombinant FSH (rFSH), (rLH), highly purified urinary menotropins uhMG on still unknown. objective this study was characterize profile (leptin, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), metalloproteinases (MMPs), NO2−/NO3−) according three protocols (COS) poor responders (POR) evaluate association between profiles clinical outcomes. Three groups POR patients were examined used. Results Group C showed significant all ( p < 0001). samples from B had lowest VEGF Pro-MMP-9. A concentration pro-MMP-2. level captured positively correlated r = 0.534, 0.01). MMP-9 fertilization rate negatively −0.476, 0.02). We found negative correlations proMMP-2 serum estradiol day rhCG administration. Conclusion variations biomarker schemes used patients. These differences can be potentially explained by nature composition gonadotropins. Our results support hypothesis molecules should thoroughly investigated as noninvasive predictors egg quality.

Evaluation of gene expression of three adrenergic receptors in infertile women with poor ovarian response, candidate for IVF
Background: Most studies show that 9 to 24% of people who are in in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles are women who respond poorly to ovarian stimulation. Women with poor ovarian response (POR) are a group of infertile patients whose ovarian reserve, ovarian response to medication, and the quality of ovum are declining. Therefore, the number of female cycles, the number of fetuses from the oocyt...
متن کاملOvarian response prediction in controlled ovarian stimulation for IVF using anti-Müllerian hormone in Chinese women
The predictive value of anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) in Chinese women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment is data deficient. To determine the attributes of AMH in IVF, oocyte yield, cycle cancellation, and pregnancy outcomes were analyzed. All patients initiating their first IVF cycle with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist treatment in our center from October 2013 through Dec...
متن کاملFollicular Fluid IL-6 Levels in Prediction of Successful Pregnancy Outcome in Women Undergoing IVF-ET Cycles - A Prospective Study
Objective: To investigate expediency of quantitative levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) detected in follicular fluid (FF) of women underwent in-vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) cycles. Design: Prospective observational study. Method: Study comprises evaluation of IVF/ICSI-ET cycles in relation to contribution of quantitative levels of IL-6. FF samples were collected on day of oocyte ret...
متن کاملP-68: The Relationship between Antimullerian Hormon, Androgens Levels in Serum, Follicular Fluid and IVF Outcome
Background: Anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) could be involved in the abnormal folliculogenesis in the polycystic ovary syndrome which affects 5-10% of women of reproductive age worldwide and is the most common cause of oligoanovulation , infertility , and hyperandrogenism. Materials and Methods: A prospective study included 66 women aged 21-24 years referred for in vitro fertilization (IVF) ,26 pa...
